Returns and Exchanges – Website Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products  you can return or exchange an item up to 14 days from the day of receipt.

Please use the following procedure to exchange or return the item for a full refund, exchange, or credit (shipping costs not included):

Contact us at sales@rujinc.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for a return authorization number (RA#).

Once you obtain an RA # and expiry date, mail the items back within  5  business days of receiving the RA#, pre-paid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx.  Please make sure to write the RA# on the exterior of the package so we can easily identify it. Packages without RA# numbers will not be accepted and returned to sender.  Refunds will be issued after verification of the returned merchandise.


All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags stills attached.
